At DragonCon, I debuted my new live storytelling session at my reading, where I told (not read) my new short story, “The Witch Hunter,” from the point of view of the main character, who happened to have Alzheimer’s. (Yes, I had to act like an Alzheimer’s patient.) So many people have asked me about where they can find videos of me telling stories since then, and I realized that I debuted my new YouTube channel while everyone was packing and preparing for DragonCon, and several of you didn’t see the updates.
If you missed it, here’s what I’ve been up too. Please check out my first series of storytelling videos. This series is called “The Survivor,” and I’ve adapted it from my steampunk short story of the same name. (Here’s the link to the book information.) In this tale, an assassin named Angelica Blackmore is assigned to a dangerous mission that will change the course of the world’s history. Yes, it involves an airship. Yes, it involves a female assassin. Yes, she’s awesome, so you need to watch the videos and buy the anthology.
Oh, and yes, I’m currently writing the sequel right now for the next Dreams of Steam anthology.
BE SURE TO STAY FOR THE OUT TAKES on each one!
The Survivor: Part 1 – The Airship
The Survivor: Part 2 – The Wreckage
The Survivor: Part 3 – The Drop
The Survivor: Part 4 – Regret
